We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Deputy Payroll Manager to join our client's human resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Duties
- Administer the end-to-end payroll process using systems.
- Ensure accurate data entry related to employee hours, deductions, and benefits.
- Manage accounts payable related to payroll, including processing employee reimbursements and vendor payments.
- Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information at all times.
- Prepare detailed payroll analysis reports for management review.
- Collaborate with human resources to ensure employee records are current and compliant with legal standards.
- Assist with audits related to payroll and employee compensation.
Skills
- Proven experience working with payroll systems.
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy levels.
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret payroll data and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Solid understanding of human resources principles related to payroll administration.
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities within strict deadlines.
- Effective communication skills to liaise across departments and external vendors.
