We are now recruiting for an Internal Sales role based in our Head Office in Lisburn, UK to help support the growth and long-term plans of the business.
The Role:
Outbound telephone and email sales promoting existing and new products, special offers and discontinued stock
Upselling on telephone calls and maximising the value of the orders
Create and review sales data drills and communicate the information with the Field Sales Representatives and Sales Office team
Processing telephone and email orders
Generate sales orders, sales quotations, invoices and statements
Create purchase orders for one-off / special sales orders
Liaise with customers to inform them of any price discrepancies on orders, stock availability issues and offer a suitable alternative product where necessary
Internal sales support to the Field Sales Representatives
Provide after sales support to customers, contractors, and end users
Represent the company at trade shows and marketing events
Requirements:
Pleasant and professional telephone manner
Excellent communicator with the ability to work as part of a team
Ability to use your own initiative and make informed decisions
Experience of intact a distinct advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
A desire tolearnaboutourproducts and systems
