Mid-Market Customer Success Manager — AML SaaS

ComplyAdvantage is seeking a Customer Success Manager to nurture relationships with a portfolio of mid-market customers. You will guide onboarding, drive adoption, and serve as the trusted adviser to clients, ensuring they get maximum value from our SaaS-based AML solutions.

In this role you will coordinate with technology, compliance, and risk teams, contribute to the product roadmap, and help expand contract revenue through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
