Global Customer Success Manager – Proactive Service

Bandwidth is seeking a dynamic Manager of the Global Service Delivery to transform a reactive support function into a proactive, consultative partner that anticipates customer needs and drives adoption. You will collaborate with Sales, Product and Operations to influence strategy and scale processes across a global team.

You will lead talent development, establish playbooks, and ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and business outcomes across the organization.
