Location: Luton (On-site)

Salary: £45,000 – £55k

We're working with a growing, family-run business in Luton who are investing heavily in technology and automation.

They're looking for a Full Stack Developer to join a small, hands-on team working across internal systems, integrations, and new AI-driven projects.

The Role

You'll be working closely with a senior developer to build and improve systems that manage the full lifecycle of repair and maintenance jobs – from initial call through to invoicing.

There's also a strong focus on automation and AI, with projects already underway to streamline processes such as call handling and operational workflows.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building and maintaining applications using C# / .NET Core

• Developing and integrating REST APIs

• Working on front-end features using React (or similar frameworks)

• Supporting and improving existing internal systems

• Contributing to new automation and AI-driven projects

What They're Looking For

• Commercial experience with C# and .NET (ideally .NET Core)

• Frontend experience (React preferred, Angular/JS also considered)

• Experience building or consuming APIs

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

• Someone motivated, adaptable, and keen to learn

Package & Details

• Salary up to £55,000

• 20 days holiday + bank holidays

• Pension

• On-site role in Luton (5 days initially, with flexibility later)

• Hours: 8am – 5pm (Mon-Fri)

• Parking available
