We’re launching a new Private Practice division and looking for an experienced recruiter to build and grow the desk within a reputable brand.
What you’ll be doing:
- Run the full 360 recruitment process within private practice
- Build long‑term relationships with clients and candidates
- Headhunt and create talent pools
- Achieve sales targets and consistently increase gross profit
- Shape the continued growth of the Private Practice division
- Keep up to date with new trends, shifts and news in the insurance market
- Develop an annual business plan
- Mentor junior members in the team
- Collaborate closely with a team that shares knowledge and celebrates wins
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in the recruitment industry, including private practice (preferably legal)
- Confident communicator who builds strong relationships
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Ambitious, driven, and commercially minded
- Potential open to future management roles
- Team player who enjoys a close‑knit, high‑performing group
