Arthur is your trusted partner in search and recruitment for the insurance industry, building transparent, quality, and integrity‑driven relationships across the sector.

We’re launching a new Private Practice division and looking for an experienced recruiter to build and grow the desk within a reputable brand.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Run the full 360 recruitment process within private practice
  • Build long‑term relationships with clients and candidates
  • Headhunt and create talent pools
  • Achieve sales targets and consistently increase gross profit
  • Shape the continued growth of the Private Practice division
  • Keep up to date with new trends, shifts and news in the insurance market
  • Develop an annual business plan
  • Mentor junior members in the team
  • Collaborate closely with a team that shares knowledge and celebrates wins

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in the recruitment industry, including private practice (preferably legal)
  • Confident communicator who builds strong relationships
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Ambitious, driven, and commercially minded
  • Potential open to future management roles
  • Team player who enjoys a close‑knit, high‑performing group
