The Role:
We are looking to engage with Principal Medical Writer’s with a strong commercial focus to join a growing, high-performing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on strategic, creative, and scientifically driven projects, contributing directly to brand development and launch strategy.
You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create impactful content and shape brand narratives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality, insight-driven content including:
- Visual aids
- Messaging frameworks and documents
- Campaign and digital materials
- Disease awareness initiatives
- Contribute to brand planning, launch strategy, and marketing initiatives
- Participate in and support brand positioning workshops
- Contribute to tactical and content planning sessions
- Translate complex inputs into clear, engaging outputs, including:
- Brand strategy
- Healthcare professional (HCP) personas
Candidate Profile:
- Ideally 1–2 years’ experience at Principal Medical Writer level
- Strong Senior Medical Writers may be considered if close to promotion
- Background in a medical communications or healthcare advertising agency
- Experience contributing to brand positioning workshops
- Strong ability to translate strategy into compelling content
- Exposure to therapy areas such as oncology, rare diseases, neurology, or immunology is advantageous
- Ideally PhD, MSc considered with strong experience
