A fast-growing, award-winning smart-buildings technology company is hiring a Senior Technical Account Manager (BMS / Smart Buildings) to help major property owners optimise building performance using advanced analytics and real-time data.

The Role

  • Own the full lifecycle of key customer accounts, from onboarding through to renewal and growth
  • Act as the technical interface between engineering teams and client stakeholders
  • Analyse HVAC, metering and building control performance to drive optimisation
  • Deliver training, insights and ongoing advisory support to ensure platform adoption
  • Lead regular performance reviews and identify opportunities to expand contracts
  • Translate technical data into clear commercial and operational recommendations
  • Support continuous product improvement through structured customer feedback
  • Help deliver tangible outcomes in energy efficiency, occupant comfort and maintenance strategy


The Profile

  • Strong experience in technical account management or building services engineering
  • Deep understanding of BMS systems — particularly Niagara (essential)
  • Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, controls strategies and energy optimisation
  • Experience with integration protocols such as BACnet, Modbus or similar
  • Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders while maintaining technical credibility
  • Highly organised, analytical and naturally inquisitive
  • Motivated by purpose, sustainability and real-world performance impact
  • Degree or HNC in Building Services Engineering (or similar) advantageous
