The role
Head Chef required with a rosette or michelin background to run the kitchen. You will be a hands-on chef who loves cooking and great produce. this is a small kitchen, so it is very hands on, this role will include all the standard Head Chef duties.

We are looking for a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef who has worked in 3 rosette, high end 2 rosette or michelin . As a Head Chef you will have great attention to detail, able to work in a hands on role and all about attention to detail.
