Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS HCM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite HCM modules and deep technical skills in Oracle PL/SQL, Custom Forms, Reports, and Fast Formulas. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in developing, customizing, and supporting Oracle EBS HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and support technical solutions within Oracle EBS HCM modules.
  • Develop complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and performance tuning.
  • Build and maintain Custom Forms and Oracle Reports using Oracle Developer Suite.
  • Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for payroll, benefits, and HR processes.
  • Work on data conversions, interfaces, and integrations with external systems.
  • Provide technical support for HR modules, troubleshooting issues and resolving defects.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, documentation, and best practices.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in Oracle EBS HCM modules such as:
  • Core HR
  • Payroll
  • Absence Management
  • Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL development.
  • Experience in Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports development.
  • Strong knowledge of Fast Formula development and customization.
  • Experience with EBS APIs, Open Interfaces, and Concurrent Programs.
  • Understanding of HR and Payroll business processes.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing code and processes.
