We are seeking a high quality individual who is able to work independently across a varied landscape of processes and teams (multi-national). You will be able to analyse in depth processes and challenge back on deficiencies and concerns. In addition you:
- Must be able to continually consider quality and compliance angles within analysis
- Take target requirements and evolve them to structured delivery plans
- Support technical resources to ensure their understanding of the requirements
- Author high quality test plans (high and low level) to prove initiatives are as expected
- Good at presenting and conversing concisely
- Good quality documentation – taking into account the audience that is targeted
- High/low level planning
Skills / Experience
- Confluence/Jira/Xray experience
- Salesforce (Service and Sales Cloud) – key
- MS Dynamics/Oracle/ETL – advantageous
- Data migration experience – nice to have
- Data analysis – advantageous
- Previous experience delegating for PM / project Lead and supporting managers creating presentation assets
