About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic and tech-savvy Client Partner to accelerate Slalom’s growth in the UK&I to lead and grow senior Banking client relationships. We develop enduring partnerships with market leaders by building high value customer and colleague experiences, helping them to become data and AI-enabled enterprises, improving the return on their technology investments and developing adaptive organisations to accelerate change. This is a client‑facing, revenue‑generating role focused on origination, account expansion, and long‑term relationship building across UK and European Financial Services clients. We are looking for a passionate business and technology consulting leader who builds great relationships, drives growth and delivers transformation for our clients and our colleagues. The ideal candidate will be energised by the opportunity to sit at the heart of an ambitious, growing Financial Services practice – playing a visible leadership role in scaling clients, revenue, and market presence.
What you will do
- Own and grow senior executive relationships within Banking clients
- Drive new logo origination and growth in existing accounts
- Shape and close opportunities aligned to client strategy, risk priorities, and transformation agendas
- Bring strong understanding of core banking products (e.g. lending, deposits, payments, markets, wealth)
- Advise clients on the risk, regulatory, and control environment shaping Financial Services
- Clearly articulate the role of technology in banking transformation, including data, AI, cloud, digital, and automation
- Engage with and leverage our alliance partner technology and services vendor ecosystem to drive pipeline and create client value
- Play an active leadership role in growing and scaling an ambitious FS practice
What you will bring
- Proven experience in one and / or all of the following: retail and commercial banking, capital markets, wealth and asset management
- Strong track record in sales, origination, and account growth
- Knowledge of banking products, operating models, and risk environments
- Clear understanding of technology‑led transformation, including hyperscaler platforms
- Established network across the UK and Europe (preferred)
- Background combining in‑house industry experience and consulting
- Commercial, entrepreneurial mindset with strong executive presence
- Advanced experience and leadership in the areas of:
- Stakeholder Analysis & Engagement
- Technology-Enabled Business Strategy & Architecture Development
- Strategic Planning & Roadmap Development
- Business Case Development & Benefits Realisation
- Enterprise and Functional Transformation Definition & Delivery
- Complex Program & Change Management
