We have an urgent need for a LIMS/ELN Business Analyst (Scientific BA) to act as the bridge between scientists and digital solutions, ensuring lab workflows are correctly captured and implemented within LIMS/ELN platforms.

We have an urgent need for a LIMS/ELN Business Analyst (Scientific BA) to act as the bridge between scientists and digital solutions, ensuring lab workflows are correctly captured and implemented within LIMS/ELN platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document requirements from scientific teams
- Map biologics, chemistry, and analytical development workflows
- Translate lab processes into system requirements
- Support LIMS/ELN implementations
- Work with vendors to ensure solutions fit real lab operations
- Lead workshops with lab stakeholders
- Background in laboratory environments (biologics, analytical or chemistry labs)
- Strong BA experience in lab informatics
- Experience with LIMS or ELN platforms, such as:
- LabWare LIMS
- Revvity Signals
- IDBS Polar
- Understanding of lab instrumentation and workflows
- 5+ years in lab IT/informatics BA roles
