Overall Purpose of The RoleWe re looking for an experienced Automation Analyst to join a growing automation function within a regulated financial services environment.
This is a hands on, delivery focused roleits not a narrow DevOps or support position.
You ll have ownership across the full automation lifecycle, working closely with the business to design, build and deliver automation that drives real operational improvement.

- Designing, developing and deploying RPA solutions (Blue Prism essential)
- Building and managing end to end automation workflows
- Working directly with stakeholders to:
- Understand business processes and pain points
- Challenge existing ways of working
- Recommend smarter, automated solutions
- Owning delivery from:
- Requirements, Design, Build, Test, Deploy, Support
- Supporting live automations including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
- Ensuring all solutions are secure, resilient, and compliant within a regulated environment
- 3+ years experience delivering RPA / automation solutions
- Hands-on experience with Blue Prism or similar RPA
- Experience across the full automation lifecycle
- Strong stakeholder skills be able to challenge, influence, and advise the business
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical automation solutions
- Comfortable working in a small team environment, with flexibility to pick up a broad range of responsibilities
- Experience with workflow engines / BPM tools (e.g. Laserfiche or similar)
- SQL / database knowledge
- Experience working in a financial services or regulated environment
