A top‑tier international law firm is seeking a UK‑qualified Interim Leveraged Finance Lawyer to join its London-based finance practice on a fixed‑term contract of 6–9 months, with potential scope for extension.
Team & Alignment
The interim lawyer will be aligned with a core group of senior leveraged finance partners in London and work closely with associates across the wider banking and finance team. The role is fully integrated into the practice and focused on supporting active deal flow, rather than covering for a single individual on leave.
