This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded individual who enjoys speaking with prospective clients, building relationships and creating qualified opportunities for the wider sales team.

Working closely with both sales and marketing, you will play a key role in identifying target organisations, engaging decision-makers and booking high-quality meetings.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will:

  • Identify and research prospective clients within target markets.
  • Generate leads through outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Respond to inbound enquiries and marketing-generated leads.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Book meetings for senior sales colleagues.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activity within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Meet and exceed activity and lead generation targets.
  • Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activity.

What we’re looking for:

  • At least one year of experience in B2B sales or a customer-facing role.
  • Proven ability to manage enquiries and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A consultative approach with the ability to understand customer requirements.
  • Well-organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Commercially aware and target driven.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
