Job Description We are looking for an experienced professional who will drive the service experience using ISS methodologies, concepts and innovations, acting as the driving force behind our core story, People Make Places. You will curate engaging, safe and welcoming environments for employees, clients and visitors while leading a high-performing workplace team. Key Responsibilities Lead and champion the workplace experience strategy with a strong people-first approach Plan and deliver internal and external events, including town halls, client visits and cultural activations Curate hospitality and guest services, ensuring a premium front-of-house and concierge-level experience Design and implement workplace activations that foster community, wellbeing and a sense of belonging Integrate and optimise workplace services to operate as a cohesive, high-performing team Support workplace technology and tools, including Conviene, for communication, space booking and feedback Lead, manage and inspire a team of workplace ambassadors, embedding a One Team service culture Ensure full health and safety compliance, proactively managing risk and promoting Safe Choices on site Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Corporate, office or customer service experience Strong background in facilities management and workplace experience Proven corporate events management experience Experience working with systems such as MS Office and management data platforms High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Personable and professional approach to service delivery Excellent communication skills Ability to identify and drive continuous improvement Adaptable and receptive to change management The Company ISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
