The role

We’re looking for a Senior Paid Social Lead to own and evolve Numan’s paid social function. This is not a campaign management role — you will define how paid social drives growth, combining creative strategy, automation, and platform execution across Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels.

You’ll build a creative‑first growth engine, scaling high‑quality acquisition in a competitive, regulated category.

You'll be:

  • Own paid social strategy
    • Define best‑in‑class approach across Meta, TikTok and beyond
    • Set direction on asset mix (video vs static), formats (Reels, Stories, Feed), and creative types (UGC vs hi‑fi) etc.
    • Develop clear POVs on what works, why, and what to test next
  • Lead creative & the flywheel
    • Build and run a high‑velocity creative system (hundreds of assets/month)
    • Translate performance into actionable creative insights and hypotheses
    • Partner with creative teams to deliver platform‑native, performance‑led output
  • Scale production through automation
    • Design workflows to support 1,000+ concurrent ads
    • Implement modular frameworks (e.g. Hook × Body × CTA for video)
    • Leverage tools like Smartly.io for feed‑based and templated creative
  • Own testing, structure & scaling
    • Define account structures for modern algorithmic bidding environments
    • Lead testing across creative, bidding, and landing experiences
    • Scale efficiently while navigating platform constraints and restrictions
  • Drive signals & performance quality
    • Own how data feeds performance (CAPI, event design, value‑based optimisation)
    • Use tools like Motion and BI platforms to identify winning patterns

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 7+ years in Paid Social with experience scaling high‑spend accounts
  • Strong, opinionated understanding of: Video vs static, UGC vs hi‑fi AND Platform‑native formats (Meta & TikTok)
  • Proven ability to drive creative‑led growth, not just media buying
  • Experience with creative automation, feeds, or templated production
  • Deep knowledge of platform mechanics (bidding, structure, signals)
  • Comfortable with data, attribution, and incrementality

It's a bonus if you have:

  • Experience with Smartly.io or similar tools
  • Background in regulated or high‑LTV categories
  • Exposure to broader growth channels (PPC, SEO, Display, CRO)
