You will work closely with the customer’s technical teams, supporting day-to-day operations and assisting with implementation activities within an established environment.
Key Responsibilities
Work alongside the customer as part of the implementation and BAU operations team
Support and maintain existing infrastructure by following established operational processes
Assist with day-to-day support, configuration, and operational tasks
Collaborate with internal teams and customer stakeholders to maintain service stability
Support virtualization, backup, and platform security tasks where required
Skills & Experience
General awareness or experience with HPE NonStop environments, including PAM and Sentinel
Exposure to VMware technologies including ESX, vSphere, NSX, vCenter or vRealize
Understanding of VMware host hardening and security practices
Familiarity with Veritas NetBackup configuration
Experience working within a BAU or operational infrastructure team
Ability to follow documented processes and procedures in a structured environment
