- Proven success in building, scaling, and operating large‑scale backend systems with high reliability
- Deep technical expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and modern API‑driven architectures
- JAVA‑led programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, Angular, React)
- Hands‑on, collaborative leadership style—able to code, troubleshoot, and guide teams through complex technical challenges
- Excellent communicator with experience working across diverse teams and multiple time zones
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience or familiarity with complex logistical platforms or the travel industry
