About the company
A well-established business in the Maghera area are seeking a Finance Manager to join their finance team due to continued growth and expansion into exciting new markets. This is a newly created role, reporting to an experienced FD but with plenty of autonomy and scope to develop the role, with significant growth plans in the pipeline.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts
- KPI reporting
- Year-end accounting and liaising with auditors
- VAT compliance
- Preparation of budgets/forecasts
- Manage relationships with key external stakeholders
- Driving process improvement across the finance function
- Ad-hoc project work
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with experience in an industry setting
- Excellent IT skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
