This company are an ambitious engineering-led business operating in a niche, high-growth area of the semiconductor market. They offer the chance to work on technically challenging products in a collaborative team where experienced engineers can make real impact.



In this role you will lead analogue IC design activities across new product development programmes. You will work on core mixed-signal circuitry, support silicon validation, and collaborate closely with layout, digital and device engineering teams.



The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of analogue IC design experience, strong mixed-signal expertise, and proven experience designing DAC and ADC circuits. Candidates from semiconductor, ASIC or IC environments are highly desirable.

The Role:

  • Lead analogue IC design for advanced semiconductor products
  • Design and develop DAC and ADC circuitry
  • Simulation, modelling and circuit optimisation
  • Work closely with digital, layout and device teams
  • Support testing, validation and performance improvement



The Person:

  • 7+ years' experience in analogue / mixed-signal IC design
  • Strong DAC and ADC design experience
  • Semiconductor / ASIC / IC product development background
  • Experience with industry EDA tools such as Cadence Design Systems or Synopsys
  • Memory technology experience beneficial
