Job Description:

A manufacturing and production client of ours near the Hadleigh area are recruiting a Document Controller / Senior Administrator to join their growing team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 5.00pm and paying a negotiable salary depending on experience.

Your key duties in this Document Controller role will include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting project delivery teams with documentation and administration
  • Uploading/downloading documents and drawings across multiple platforms (Procore, Aconex, Asite, etc.)
  • Issuing drawings, technical submittals, RFIs, and reports in line with company procedures
  • Maintaining accurate document records and ensuring compliance with internal standards
  • Assisting with the production of O&M manuals and site-based documentation
  • Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:

  • Strong administrative skills in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Experience with document control platforms (e.g., Procore, Aconex, Asite) preferred
  • Confident communicating with internal teams and external contractors
