Projects: Luxury Fit-Out Duration: Permanent position Location: Lisburn, travel to GB required Vickerstock are working with a specialist fit-out contractor to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager About the company: A specialist fit-out contractor, based in Lisburn, working on luxury & bespoke projects across the UK. Projects include high-end hospitality venues, luxury brands and bespoke residential works Your new role: Review contract details and pre-construction information Review tender programmes and documentation Conduct pre-start meetings with sub-contractors Once a week travel to visit ongoing projects Monitor quality of work, cost and programme progression Regularly inspect sites Foster a Health & Safety culture Organise O&M manuals and H&S documentation Attend project handover Conduct post-contract meetings What you’ll need to be successful: Degree level education in Construction or Civil Engineering or proven track record in this field Strong Contracts Management experience Previous Fit-Out experience Understanding of a range of contract types Ability to travel to projects in GB What’s in it for you?
