Mechanical Contracts Manager

Involve Recruitment are seeking an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple commercial mechanical projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage projects from pre-construction through to final account.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple mechanical projects across the commercial sector
• Manage Project Managers and Supervisors to ensure successful delivery
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
• Client and stakeholder liaison
• Commercial awareness alongside QS teams
• Ensure full health & safety compliance

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within mechanical building services
• Strong background in commercial projects
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• SMSTS (or equivalent) preferred
• Strong programme and delivery management experience
