The Role

  • Engage directly with customer stakeholders, from technical teams to executives
  • Build and maintain systems that support critical customer operations and fast, reliable onboarding
  • Deliver accurate reporting and critical insights for customers and internal teams
  • Lead initiatives to improve the platform based on customer insights

Stack: NextJS, NodeJs, GCP, Postgres, Terraform

Requirements

  • Strong full-stack engineering experience
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable being customer-facing
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, high-velocity environments
