Lead Counsel

A major international leader in the energy sector is strengthening its UK legal function in line with expanding operations.

The role will play a key part in leading negotiations with public-sector entities, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience engaging with healthcare stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• 5–10 years’ PQE
• Strong commercial and corporate law experience
• Proven contract negotiation expertise, particularly in complex or regulated environments
• Excellent business acumen with a commercially minded, pragmatic approach
• A dynamic mindset, comfortable engaging across a broad range of legal topics
• Agility and the ability to pivot across industries and stakeholder groups
