The Role

Working as part of a busy office you will assist the Business Manager in ensuring the SEND Assessment Service fulfils its statutory duties both effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities include: providing advice regarding the EHC Needs Assessment process and the Annual Review process to users of the SEND Assessment Service.

About You

You will be the first point of contact for parents and professionals, develop and maintain positive working relationships, respond appropriately to the needs of colleagues and customers, and work as part of a team. You will plan, organise and prioritise workloads, ensuring statutory deadlines are met.
