Amazon PPC & Marketplace Specialist

I'm working with one of the UK's fastest-growing DTC consumer brands on a role that's a bit different to your standard Amazon PPC hire. They don't want someone who just manages campaigns. They want someone who's obsessed with winning on the platform – across every lever available to them.

This is a blended role: half your time is owning PPC strategy and execution on Amazon. The other half is trade – pricing, deals, SEO, creative optimisation, SKU-level performance. If a keyword rank drops, you notice. If a deal event could boost a product's position, you're already planning it. You think in market share, not just ROAS.

This will suit you if:

  • Amazon is your platform and you know it inside out
  • You're not a PPC purist – you want to pull every lever, not just the paid ones
  • You get curious about why one product is outperforming another and go find out
  • You're curious: you've taught yourself tools, built your own processes or figured things out nobody asked you to
  • You're already experimenting with AI in your day to day work
  • You want to go deep on one brand rather than spread across multiple accounts

What you'd be doing:

  • Owning PPC strategy and execution across Amazon and other marketplace platforms
  • Running trade experiments across pricing, deals, SEO and creative optimisation
  • Monitoring keyword ranks and SKU performance daily
  • Planning and executing deal events and product launches
  • Researching competitors and best practices to continuously improve on-platform performance
  • Building towards a more strategic ownership of the function over time

What they're looking for:

  • Strong hands-on Amazon PPC experience – this is non-negotiable
  • Commercial instincts beyond paid – you understand how pricing, deals and SEO interact with PPC
  • Curious and experimental mindset – you test first and overanalyse second
  • Self-sufficient and self-starting – you don't wait to be told
  • AI-native working style – you actively use and explore new tools
  • Q4 seasonality experience is a bonus but not a dealbreaker

The brand is fast-growing, founder-led and moving quickly. Small team, high autonomy, real commercial impact. The kind of place where if you're good, everyone knows it.

Practical info:

  • Central London, 4 days per week in office
  • £40–60k depending on experience, with flexibility for the right person
