What You’ll Do
The Physical AI Field Engineering team at CoreWeave works directly with enterprise engineering organizations to apply AI and machine learning to intractable physics challenges. This team partners closely with customers to validate the technical feasibility of AI solutions, demonstrate their value, and ensure that proposed solutions can be successfully deployed in real engineering environments.
By working closely with sales, product, and engineering teams, the group plays a critical role in helping customers understand how AI technologies can be applied to solve real‑world engineering problems while providing product insights that help guide the evolution of the platform.
About The Role
- CoreWeave is seeking a Lead Solutions Architect to serve as a technical expert supporting enterprise customers exploring AI‑driven solutions for engineering challenges.
- In this role, you will collaborate with sales teams and Deployment Strategists to understand customer requirements and design technical approaches that demonstrate the value of AI in complex engineering workflows.
- You will lead proof‑of‑value initiatives, prototype AI workflows, and validate technical feasibility using customer data.
- Your work will help ensure that proposed solutions are technically credible, deliver measurable value, and can be successfully transitioned to implementation teams.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting within a software, AI, or engineering technology environment.
- Experience designing or prototyping technical solutions that apply AI, data science, or advanced analytics to real‑world business or engineering problems.
- Experience working directly with customers to gather technical requirements and translate them into deployable technical solutions.
- Experience leading proof‑of‑concept initiatives or feasibility assessments to validate the value of technical solutions.
- Experience communicating complex technical concepts clearly to both technical practitioners and senior stakeholders.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross‑functional teams including sales, engineering, and product teams.
- Experience working in engineering‑heavy industries such as automotive, energy, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
Preferred
- Experience working with AI/ML workflows or data science tooling.
- Experience programming or scripting in languages such as Python, MATLAB, R, or SQL.
- Experience working with simulation, CAE, or engineering R&D workflows.
- Experience supporting enterprise software sales cycles or technical evaluations.

Benefits
The base salary range for this role is £100,000 to £130,000. The starting salary will be determined by job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation.
