About the Role

The Financial Services team at FTI Consulting supports financial institutions, regulators, governments, and enforcement agencies across the full spectrum of financial regulation. Our service offerings include regulatory and business change programmes; governance and conduct matters; risk and regulatory advice; risk management frameworks; disputes and investigations; and remediation programmes. As a Consultant in the Financial Services team, you will be a client‑facing professional, involved in projects and business development activities from the outset.

What You’ll Do

  • Project delivery: work as a core member of the delivery team for client projects, analysing issues, managing the project, engaging stakeholders, reviewing documents, conducting client interviews, walking through processes, developing solutions, and drafting reports.
  • Business development: research prospective clients and support the proposal writing process, playing a key role in winning new business.
  • Team building: build internal and external relationships, contribute to an open, collaborative environment, and identify and deliver cross‑service‑line engagements.
  • Thought leadership: develop and contribute to brand collateral, design, organise, and participate in industry events.

You may also be required to travel as part of project delivery.

Basic Qualifications

  • Degree level or equivalent experience
  • Experience in the financial services sector, either within a regulated institution, regulatory body, consultancy, or legal profession
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
