THE ROLE
Searchability are recruiting for a Paid Social Account Manager to join a high-performing digital team, taking ownership of campaign strategy and performance across a portfolio of client accounts.
You will lead activation, optimisation and reporting across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit and X, ensuring delivery against KPIs while acting as a trusted client advisor. You will also mentor Paid Social Executives, driving high standards across campaign delivery.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role with genuine ownership and leadership responsibility.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Leading campaign activation, optimisation and reporting across paid social platforms
- Managing budgets, pacing and bid strategies to maximise ROI
- Conducting account audits and identifying performance opportunities
- Developing structured A/B testing frameworks
- Writing creative briefs and overseeing asset quality
- Acting as the day-to-day client contact
- Delivering clear, insight-led performance updates
- Supporting forecasts, roadmaps and tactical planning
- Line managing and developing Paid Social Executives
- Championing responsible AI usage within workflows
- Collaborating cross-channel with PPC, SEO, CRO and Data teams
