Im hiring a Social Media Manager for a global organisation undergoing significant digital and brand transformation. You’ll lead social strategy for a key product category within a highly regulated environment, working closely with agencies and global teams to deliver compliant, engaging, insight‑driven content.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute the social media strategy across core channels
- Manage day‑to‑day social campaigns with external creative agencies
- Ensure all content follows strict internal marketing codes and regulatory standards
- Monitor trends and optimise content for relevance and performance
- Track social KPIs, report insights, and recommend improvements
- Work with global teams using workflow/ticketing systems to coordinate activity
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing social media for brands
- Experience within regulated sectors
- Strong understanding of social KPIs, analytics tools & reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of platform trends and best practices
- Highly organised, detail‑focused, and confident working both independently & cross‑functionally
