Contract Manager – Professional Services

We are partnering with a major international business to recruit an experienced Senior Paralegal or Legal Executive to join a busy, high‑performing Commercial Legal team.

The role includes:

• Supporting commercial negotiations and supplier/client matters
• Maintaining contracting playbooks and process documents
• Assisting with AI‑enabled legal tools
• General commercial support, research and legal ops tasks

Ideally you will have:

• Strong UK in‑house experience with commercial contracts
• Excellent drafting, communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage workloads independently and work well under pressure
• Solid understanding of commercial contracting processes
• Proactive team player with strong attention to detail

A legal qualification (LPC/BPTC/SQE1/2) or conversion course is preferred. This role does not lead to a training contract or count as QWE.
