  • Ability to develop, implement, and monitor EHS programs and procedures
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external regulators
  • Proficiency in EHS management systems and software
Nice To Have Skills
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or a regulated industry
  • Knowledge of incident investigation and root cause analysis techniques
  • Familiarity with environmental permits and sustainability initiatives
  • Certification such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or NEBOSH
Preferred Education And Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in EHS compliance or related roles, preferably within a regulated industry
  • Demonstrated success managing EHS compliance programs at a senior level
