Main Responsibilities

  • Provide care for presenting patients from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.
  • Demonstrate safe, clinical decision‑making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within the general practice.
  • Work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting delivery of policy and procedures and providing nurse leadership as required.

Ideal Candidate

Experience in a Primary Care setting. NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice near working towards non‑medical prescriber. Minor injury and illness qualification essential and the ability to maintain and monitor standards of care. It is preferred that the ideal candidates is a level 7 (MSc) Practitioner, although candidates with accreditation or a MSc course to ACP status may also be considered.

Package Description

  • Annual salary of up to £60,000 depending on qualifications and experience. 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro‑rata.
