Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of engineers to ensure high performance and engagement
  • Oversee day-to-day maintenance and engineering activities across the site
  • Plan and deliver preventative and reactive maintenance schedules
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
  • Support and manage engineering projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company procedures
  • Work closely with production and operations teams to minimise downtime

Qualifications

  • Strong engineering background (mechanical, electrical, or multi-skilled)
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
  • Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
