The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A minimum of 6 years' experience and MRTPI accreditation
  • Strong understanding of commercial planning environments, including both forward planning and development management
  • Excellent knowledge of planning legislation and a commitment to high professional standards
  • Strong analytical, written, and communication skills
  • Confidence in client‑facing situations and project leadership responsibilities
  • Experience working within the local/regional area is advantageous
