Job Title: Site-Based Project Manager – Façade & Remediation

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Site-Based Project Manager to lead a façade and remediation scheme valued at up to £10m. This is a permanent position, responsible for the full delivery of the project on site, with a strong emphasis on documentation, QA, programme control, and compliance.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing site operations, subcontractors, and client requirements while ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day site management of a façade and remediation project
- Deliver the project on time, within budget, and to specification
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
- Maintain and control the construction programme using Asta Powerproject
- Ensure strict compliance with health & safety, building regulations, and remedial standards
- Lead on all project paperwork, ensuring records are accurate, up to date, and audit-ready
- Oversee QA processes, inspections, snagging, and handover documentation
- Manage and maintain Fieldview systems for site reporting, inspections, and quality records
- Chair site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Prepare and manage progress reports, RAMS, permits, and method statements
- Drive a proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on façade and/or remediation projects
- Experience delivering projects up to £10m in value
- Strong background in site-based project delivery
- Excellent understanding of QA procedures and compliance documentation
- Advanced user of Fieldview for quality and site management
- Competent in Asta Powerproject for programming and progress tracking
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
