Employment Solicitor – Hybrid working – South London / Kent.
Legal 500 law firm, established for many years, is looking to grow its employment law department by recruiting an additional lawyer. The role involves managing both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, acting mainly for employers.
The firm offers substantial flexibility and hybrid working (set to stay). It is a collaborative and supportive environment with a strong emphasis on employee development.
Responsibilities
- Manage both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, predominantly for employers.
Qualifications & Skills
- At least 2 years PQE in employment law.
- Ideally experience of acting for both employers and employees.
- Interest in networking and business development is advantageous.
- Team player who participates actively in a collaborative department.
Working Arrangement
- Role can be full-time or 4 days per week.
