Overview
We are recruiting for an Assistant Shop Manager to work 22.5 hours per week at our shop in Weston‑Supper‑Mare on a permanent basis. The role will lead a team of volunteers, maintain shop standards, drive stock generation and community engagement as part of our charity retail network of over 120 shops.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, train and inspire a high performing volunteer team.
- Deliver superb shop standards, offers and customer engagement.
- Drive stock generation and community engagement.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and inviting environment for customers, staff and volunteers.
Required Skills and Experience
- Self‑motivated, creative and an excellent communicator.
- Experience inspiring a team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Attention to detail to maintain high standards.
- Experience working in a retail environment or in a team leader position.
- Willingness to work bank holidays, weekends and across seven days of the week.
