North East Ambition is seeking a Literacy Specialist to enhance reading outcomes across KS1, KS2, and KS3. This role involves delivering high-quality training and support in partner schools, conducting audits, and developing evidence-informed action plans.

The Literacy Specialist will engage with teams to strengthen phonics and reading strategies, ensuring that all pupils become confident readers. This position offers a daily rate of £375 plus an additional £75 for paperwork, with a secondment period of one year.
