What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and motivating the Food and Beverage team during service to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Supervising daily operations across restaurant, bar, events, or room service
- Ensuring high standards of service, presentation, and hygiene are always met
- Handling guest queries and resolving issues with confidence and care
- Training, coaching, and supporting team members to be their best
- Assisting with stock control, ordering, and cash handling
- Working closely with management to drive quality, efficiency, and revenue
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage supervisory role (hotel experience preferred)
- A natural leader with a hands‑on, positive attitude
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service
- The ability to stay calm, professional, and solutions-focused under pressure
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
