Job Title: Application Architect

Contract: Initial 3-6 Contract (Scope to Extend)

Location: Remote

Overview

We are seeking experienced Application Architects with strong exposure to enterprise platforms including SAP and Workday. This role will focus on application architecture across a complex landscape, supporting large-scale transformation and separation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead application assessments and define migration strategies (lift & shift, rebuild, replace, TSA)
• Design high-level architecture across SaaS and on-premise systems
• Oversee and support complex system integrations, including MuleSoft
• Contribute to ERP, CRM, and payroll system design and separation planning
• Produce application heatmaps and support migration planning/backlog prioritisation
• Support data architecture activities including data classification and migration approach

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as an Application or Solution Architect
• Strong experience across SAP and/or Workday
• Solid understanding of integrations and enterprise application ecosystems
• Experience across both SaaS and on-prem environments
• Strong high-level design (HLD) capability
• Experience in transformation, carve-outs, or system separation is highly desirable
