Job Description

Kimberly‑Clark is looking for a Global Compliance & Capability Consultant to join our Global Procurement Centre of Excellence. This key global role focuses on strengthening compliance frameworks while building future‑ready capabilities across our procurement organization. You will partner with stakeholders across regions to drive governance, enable continuous improvement, and embed a strong compliance culture.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the Global Procurement Compliance Strategy
  • Lead compliance activities across the organisation, ensuring alignment with internal policies and standards
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes and reduce complexity while maintaining strong governance
  • Drive initiatives to enhance controls, traceability, and compliance frameworks
  • Represent Procurement in global compliance and controllership forums
  • Promote Code of Conduct awareness and reinforce compliance mindset across teams
  • Develop and implement global compliance and capability training programmes
  • Lead cross‑functional initiatives in partnership with Finance, Controllership, and other stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and procedures
  • Build and deploy global capability programmes, embedding best practices, innovation, and digital literacy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in Procurement, Compliance, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and governance
  • Experience in compliance, ethics, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders globally
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a global, cross‑functional environment
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and align diverse business needs
