Description
- Carry out reconciliations of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or mismatches in records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline reconciliation processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports for audit purposes.
- Support process improvements and system enhancements.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial reporting tasks.
Profile
A successful Reconciliations Analyst should have:
- Previous experience in reconciliations or a similar analyst within financial services.
- Analyst experience in a fast paced working environment
- A strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Good knowledge of banking and financial systems.
- Proficiency in using financial software and tools.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Job Offer
- Salary between £35,000 and £39,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- 3 days in the office, 2 days at home after training
- Free parking onsite
