TheRole
Thecompanyislookingfora2ndLineITSupportEngineertojointheirteam.Theroleinvolvessupportingover100businessclients,bothremotelyandon-site,acrossmultiplesectors.Youwilltroubleshoot,maintain,andimplementITsystems,ensuringclientsremainproductiveandsecure.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Deliverhigh-qualityITsupportacrossdesktops,servers,andMicrosoft365environments
- ConfigureandmaintainMicrosoft365tenantsincludingExchange,SharePoint,AzureAD,andEndpointManager
- InstallandmanageWindows11andmobiledevices
- Diagnoseandresolvetechnicalissues,includingmailflowandclientconfigurations
- Maintaincleardocumentationofallworkcompleted
- Promotebestpracticeincybersecurityacrossclientsystems
Skills&ExperienceRequired:
- StrongknowledgeofMicrosoft365/Officeapplications
- ExperiencewithWindowsinstallationsandtroubleshootingtools(EventViewer,CommandPrompt,etc.)
- Excellentcommunicationskillsandabilitytotakeownershipofissues
- Desirable:Networkingfundamentals,WindowsServerexperience(AD,GroupPolicy,DNS,DHCP)
