Overview

We are looking for a Principal Surveyor who can start as soon as possible. The successful applicant will support the Head of Estates and undertake a varied caseload including valuations, disposals, L&T, and general estate management duties. The role also involves providing support to the client’s business centres management team and may include service charge accounting responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Estates with property valuations, disposals and lease/trade (L&T) work.
  • Perform general estate management duties for the organisation.
  • Assist the client’s business centres management team with day‑to‑day support.
  • May handle service charge accounting tasks.

Qualifications

  • Experience in service charge accounting is beneficial but not essential.
  • Working knowledge of the North West property market is preferred.
  • Availability to start soon and commitment to a three‑month contract.

Working Conditions

  • Hybrid working model with a minimum of one day per week required in the office.
  • Position is ideally full‑time (five days a week), but part‑time arrangements may be considered for suitable candidates.
  • Contract initially set for three months.
