About The Role
The Construction, Projects and Assets team provides expertise in claim advisory, quantum analysis, and dispute resolution for large construction projects worldwide. This Senior Consultant position will primarily support the Glasgow office while offering opportunities to work on engagements throughout the UK and wider EMEA region.
What You'll Do
- Provide support to the Commission Lead or Expert Witness on each engagement.
- Interact with lawyers, client personnel, team members, and external professionals.
- Organise information to enable effective data access and analysis.
- Maintain detailed working records documenting assumptions, methodologies, and information sources.
- Deliver quality output within established timeframes.
- Prepare draft analyses and other reports in conjunction with the Commission Lead or Expert Witness.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).
- Several years of experience in the construction industry.
- Sound understanding of construction cost management processes.
- Working knowledge of quantum claims and/or expert report preparation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common business software.
