We're looking for a Service Coordinator to support the effective delivery of field operations, ensuring high levels of customer service, operational efficiency, and compliance. This role is key to coordinating engineers, subcontractors, and resources, while maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting continuous improvement across service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule field service engineers and subcontractor work to ensure efficient and timely service delivery.
  • Coordinate parts, suppliers, and logistics for service visits, breakdowns, and installations.
  • Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, as well as customer site procedures and RAMS requirements.
  • Manage incoming customer queries via calls and emails, providing timely responses and effective issue resolution.
  • Support account managers with pricing, spare parts information, and service delivery insights.
  • Monitor KPIs, support team performance plans, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and engineering project stakeholders.
  • Support warehouse and operational activities where required, ensuring a safe and organised working environment.

Required qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a service coordination, administrative, or operational role.
  • Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel and stay overnight if required.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
